This policy explains the information used by the website’s built-in contact and privacy features.
Information You Send Us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, message, and optionally an article URL. We use those details to handle your request and reply. Messages are sent through the website’s configured mail service; the theme does not create a separate contact-message database.
Messages may remain in the recipient’s mailbox and mail-service records while needed to handle the request. Please avoid sending passwords, financial details, or sensitive health information.
Essential Website Data
WordPress, hosting, and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times, and server logs to operate and protect the website. The form temporarily stores a salted hash of an IP address to limit repeated submissions; it expires after one minute.
Browser Preferences and Optional Services
The Privacy Choices control stores your analytics and advertising choices in this browser using a preference cookie and, when available, local storage. The preference lasts one year and can be changed at any time.
The theme itself does not load analytics trackers or advertising networks. If optional services are added, their data practices depend on the services enabled by the site operator. The preference control applies to integrations that honor it; it cannot change the behavior of an unrelated external website or provider.
Review Privacy Choices. You can also use your browser’s cookie controls and a provider’s own opt-out settings. Global Privacy Control, when supported by your browser, keeps optional advertising disabled in this control.
Service Providers and External Links
Hosting, email delivery, security, and optional website services may process information as needed for their role. Linked websites have their own policies. Image source links do not mean that those providers receive your contact form message.
Your Requests
For questions about information you submitted, or to request access, correction, or deletion, use the privacy request form. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable retention requirements. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
Children and Changes
The contact form is intended for people who can consent to sending a request. If you believe a child sent personal information inappropriately, contact us so it can be reviewed. This page may be updated when website features or data practices change.
